Chairman of Oman Chamber of Commerce & Industry (OCCI) Sayeed Saleh Al -Quayumi said the cooperation of Oman Government towards Bangladesh including operations of trade with partnership concept will continue . He disclosed it while exchanging views with the leaders of the Chittagong chamber of commerce & Industry at World Trade Centre office on Monday .
President of CCCI Mahbubul Alam presided over the views exchanging .
OCCI chief said this is the first ever visit in Bangladesh.
He said huge manpower now engaged in Oman in different sectors in Oman.
He assures cooperation to all Bangladeshis working in Oman with more employment facilities. CCCI President apprised the visiting Oman Chamber chief about the environment friendly investment policy of Bangladesh and said Chittagong is the proper place for investment in partnership concept.
CCCI President apprised the newly concept of specialized economic zones of Bangladesh and called him to extend cooperations for establishment of industries with joint collaborations in these special economic zones.
CCCI President urged the Oman counterpart to accelerate the import and export trade between these two friendly countries .
Among others, vice president of CCCI Syed Jamal Ahmed, former President Engr. Ali Ahmed, Directors Mahfuzul Hoque Shah, Anjan Shekor Das and Ln. Dr.Mahmud Hasan spoke on the occasion, a CCCI release said.
