On the occasion of the birth centenary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, “Poetry Book” written by poet Md. Rauf “The song in the baby’s voice Mujib Moder’s soul ” Its wrapper has been unveiled.
Upazila Nibarhi Officer was present as the chief guest at the Upazila Parishad auditorium on Thursday at 12 noon under the chairmanship of Paharpur UP Chairman Abul Kalam Azad and Juba League General Secretary Russell Khan. Md. Yasser Arafat unveiled the book.
Special guests were Assistant Commissioner Land Md. Mahbubur Rahman, Health and Family Planning Officer Dr. Masum, Upazila Ahlesunnatual Jamaat President Kazi Sayedul Islam, Poet Md. Rauf, Social Service Officer Afroza Begum, Labor League President Nur Afzal, Press Club President Mrinal Chowdhury, General Editor Md. Ziadul Haque Babu, etc.
