A brilliant hattrick from Sajeda enable Mymenshingh to record a handsome 7-0 win over Narial District in the JFA Cup U-14 Women’s National Football Championship held on Thursday at Bir Shreshtha Shaheed Sepoy Mohammad Mostafa Kamala Stadium in the city’s Kamlapaur.
In the day’s first matches, Mymenshingh district women booters led by Sajeda’s four goal feat demolished Narail. Sajeda scored in 16, 20, 28, and 35 minutes of the proceedings, Sabina with two and Rozina with a goal joined the goal rush for Mymensingh.
In the day’s second match Rangpur district hardly had to sweat as they dump Narayanganj district by 3-0 goals.
Rekha with a brace and Mussamat Hima with a goal were the goal scorers for the winner.
