A 3-day Bangladesh Furniture and Interior Decor (BFID) Expo-2015 will begin in the city from March 24-26 to showcase the variety and excellence of local furniture and home furnishing products and attract buyers from home and abroad. The fair will be held at Jamuna Future Park, Baridhara in the city.
Commerce Minister Tofail Ahmed has given consent to inaugurate the fair as chief guest, says a press release.
Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) of Bangladesh, Furniture Exporters Association, Bangladesh Handicrafts Manufacturers and Exporters Association (Banglacraft), Bangladesh Jute Diversified Products Manufacturers and Exporters Association and Bangladesh Furniture Industries Owners Association in collaboration with Jute Diversification Promotion Centre (JDPC) organise the event.
