President of Chattogram City Unit of BNP Dr.Shahdat Hossain said Begum Zia is deprived of justice rather he was given mental torture after detaining in jail custody.
He disclosed it while addressing the demonstration rally in front of party office in city as a part of the central program of the party.
Dr.Shahdat said Begum Zia deprived of better treatment and democratic rights to survive by confining in the jail custody .
Dr Shahdat claimed that Begum Zia is proceeding towards death lack of better treatment in jail. Among others, senior vice President of city unit Abu Sufian, Vice President Mohammad Mia Bhola, and other leaders of the party and its front organizations during the demonostration .
