Bangladesh lost to Pakistan by 1-3 goals in the 8th Junior Asia Cup Hockey in Kuantan city, Malaysia on Saturday. The first half of the match was locked 1-1. Sabbir Ahmed scored the consolation goal for Bangladesh. In the remaining two matches, Bangladesh will face Oman and South Korea hockey teams at the same venue on November 15 and 17 respectively. Earlier, Bangladesh was put in pool-B in the eight-nation meet along with Pakistan, Oman and South Korea while pool-A comprises of hosts Malaysia, India, Japan and China.
