BDCOM’s 25th AGM held: The 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of BDCOM Online Limited held on Friday through virtually while its chairman Wahidul Haque Siddiqui presided over the meeting. Directors, Managing Director S M Golam Faruk Alamgir, Independent Director, Chief Financial Officer & a large number of shareholders attended the meeting virtually. The AGM declared 5percent cash & 5percent stock dividend for the year ended 30th June 2021.
