ICC World T20: BD-Ireland match today

Motivated Bangladesh will take on Ireland in their second Group ‘A’ match of the qualifying round of the ICC World Twenty20 Cricket at Dharamsala in India today. The match starts at 8.00 pm. State-owned television channel Bangladesh Television and private satellite channel G TV will telecast the match live from the venue.
The Tigers beat Netherlands by eight runs
in their first Group ‘A’ match at the same venue on March 9.
On the other hand, Ireland conceded a two-wicket defeat to Oman in their first Group ‘A’ match at the same venue on the same day.
Before today’s encounter, Bangladesh faced Ireland four times. Of them, Bangladesh recorded three victories, while Ireland won in one match.
Bangladesh will play their last Group ‘A’ match against Oman at the same venue on March 13. A total of 10 teams will play in the final round (Super Ten).
Australia, India, New Zealand, Pakistan and one team from the Group ‘A’ will compete in the Group 2 of the final round.
England, South Africa, Sri lanka, West Indies and one team from Group ‘B’ will participate in the Group 1 of the final round.
