The third round, four-day matches of Bangladesh Cricket League (BCL) will begin on May 2 (Friday) at two venues in Fatullah after a three-month break.On the opening day, defending champions, also the 2nd edition’s table topper, Walton Central Zone will take on BCB North Zone at Khan Saheb Osman Ali Stadium in Fatullah while Prime Bank South Zone will meet Islami Bank East Zone at the Fatullah Outer StadiumThe 2nd edition of BCL, which began on January 12, had to stop after the 2nd round matches due to three international cricket events — Sri Lanka series, Asia Cup and World T20. Earlier, on April 28, Walton Central Zone announced its 15-member squad with four changes ahead of the third round. Mosharruf Hossain Rubel, Asif Ahmed Ratul, Mohammad Sharif and Rony Talukder have been included in the WCZ squad replacing Shahriar Nafees, Arafat Sunny, Mehrab Hossain Jr and Dewan Sabbir.
