BCL man hacked to death in Sylhet

An activist of ruling Awami League’s student front Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) was hacked by some unidentified miscreants in Sylhet city early Tuesday.
The injured was identified as Mustak Ahmed, son of late Samsuddin Ahmed of Akhalia area in the city.
Sources concerned said some unidentified miscreants riding three motorbikes hacked Mustak by lethal weapons at Airport area around 1:30am while he was going to his relative’s house and left him seriously injured.
Hearing the victim’s hue and cry, local people rushed to the spot and took Mustak to the Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College Hospital for treatment.
Confirming the matter, Officer-in-Charge of Airport Police Station Gousul Hossain said legal action will be taken in this regard.
