Leaders and activists of Bangladesh Chhatra League, student’s wing of the ruling Awami League on Tuesday demanded immediate election to the Rajshahi University Central Student Union, which activities have been paralyzed for the last twenty seven years.
They also demanded withdrawal of expulsion orders of all BCL men, who were expelled by the university authorities in different times.
BCL RU unit leaders and activists led by its president Golam Kibria and general secretary submitted a memorandum to the Rajshahi University vice-chancellor Professor Dr. M. Abdus Sobhan where they pressed those demands with more of a total of twenty four demands.
