Shakib Al Hasan was supposed to participate in a forthcoming UAE based franchise league.
But the highest authority of cricket in the country, Bangladesh Cricket Board said the decision of issuing a No-Objection Certificate (NOC) to Shakib Al Hasan allowing the participation of the league is yet to be made of.
The UAE T20X is scheduled to take place from December 19 to January 11.
It is reported that Shakib Al Hasan has applied for a NOC to go for the tournament; he is now undergoing rehabilitation program after treating his badly injured little finger of the left hand.
According to physicians he will be out of action for next three months.
