The board of directors of Bay Leasing & Investment Ltd has recommended 10 per cent cash dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2018, an official handout said on Sunday.
The final approval of the dividend will come during the annual general meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on June 30 in Dhaka, the press release said.
The record date for entitlement of dividend is June 13.
The company has also reported consolidated EPS of Tk. 1.60, consolidated NAV per share of Tk. 19.43, and consolidated NOCFPS of Tk. 4.48 for the year ended on December 31, 2018 as against Tk. 1.18 (restated), Tk. 19.00 (restated), and Tk. 0.20 respectively for the same period of the previous year.
There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the company today (Sunday) following its corporate declaration.
