British American Tobacco Bangladesh (BATB) has won first prize of ‘ICMAB Best Corporate Award-2014’ in multinational category for practicing good governance.
BATB Chairman Golam Mainuddin and Managing Director Shezad Munim received the award from Finance Minister AMA Muhith at a ceremony held at a hotel in the city on Tuesday.
The Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB) has given the awards to 66 companies to promote corporate governance in the country’s corporate sector.
