Barishal City Corporation (BCC) Mayor Sadiq Abdullah has provided free bus service to alleviate the suffering of students of Barishal University center in the admission test of 20 cluster universities.
Free bus service is provided to relieve the suffering of the admitted candidates and to ensure that they can reach on time. On Sunday, from 9 am to evening, 10 buses from Nathullabad Central Bus Terminal and 10 buses from Rupatali Bus Terminal reached the Barishal University Examination Center. When the test is over, they are taken to that terminal. At the same time this transport service is also provided to the parents who are with the examinees.
In this regard, Barishal City Corporation Public Relations Officer Swapan Kumar Das said that,during the admission test, some people get into various difficulties while reaching the destination by rickshaw or any other vehicle. Excessive fares are counted as well as delays in reaching the destination. Barishal City Corporation Mayor Serniabat Sadiq Abdullah has arranged free bus service to reach the examination center to avoid those problems. This enables the admitted students to reach the center on time without any hindrance.
