A Bangladeshi man was gunned down by unidentified miscreants in Florida, USA on Thursday. The deceased was identified as Shahidul Alam, 55, owner of a department store in Florida, and son of Abdul Qaium Miah of Bankpara of Gopalganj town. Hasmat Ali Shikdar Chunnu, brother-in-law (sister’s husband) of the victim, said a group of 4-5 miscreants opened fire on Shahidul in front of his residence while he was entering it around 10pm on Wednesday (local time), leaving him dead on the spot.
