Bangladeshi shot at by BSF in Jashore

A Bangladeshi cattler was shot at by the Indian Border Security Force along Raghunathpur frontier under Benapole port police station while coming towards home with cattle early Tuesday.
The victim is Saidul Islam, 37, cattle trader and also resident of Raghunathpur village under Benapole port police station.
Confirming the information, Lieutenant Colonel Selim Reza, commanding officer, 49 Border Guard Battalion told Newsmen that a Bangladeshi smuggler received bullet wound early Tuesday. Mamata Begum, mother of the victim told that her son was shot at by the BSF while bringing cattle along Raghunathpur frontier. He is now undergoing treatment at Jashore General Hospital.
