Bangladesh take on NZ in last T20I today

Spirited Bangladesh Cricket team, captained by experienced Mahmudullah Riyad will take on New Zealand Cricket team, led by experienced wicketkeeper-batsman Tom Latham in the fifth and last Twenty20 International (T20I) match at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in the city’s today. The match will start at 4.00pm (BST). Private satellite channel GTV and private satellite sports channel T Sports will telecast the match live from the stadium.
Ace all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan cannot take part in the last T20I due to injury.
Bangladesh have already clinched the series 3-1. If Bangladesh win the today’s game, the hosts will increase the margin into 4-1.
On the other hand, if New Zealand can win the today’s clash, the tourists will reduce the margin into 3-2.
The hosts registered an easy seven-wicket victory over the tourists in the first T20I at the same venue on September 1.
The home side recorded a narrow four-run win over the visitors in the second T20I at the same venue on September 3.
Bangladesh tasted a 52-run defeat by New Zealand in the third T20I at the same venue on September 5.
The hosts posted a six-wicket victory over the Black Caps in the fourth T20I at the same venue on September 8.
