Bangladesh National Hockey team will leave the city for Bengaluru of India today to play six preparation matches against the different teams of India. The Asian Games will be held in Indonesia from August 18 to September 2. Bangladesh Hockey team will compete in the Hockey Competition of Asian Games. Bangladesh Hockey team will play six matches at Bengaluru in India for the preparation of forthcoming Asian Games.
Bangladesh Hockey team will play two preparation matches against Indian Junior team on June 29 and July 2. Bangladesh Hockey team will play four preparation matches against India-A team on June 30 and July 3, July 5 and July 6.
The players are: Asim Gope, Abu Sayed, Mamunur Rahman, Imran Hossain, Khorshedur Rahman, Farhad Ahmed, Ashraful Islam, Hasan Jubair, Russell Mahmud, Sarowar Hossain, Fazle Hossain, Roman Sarkar, Naim Uddin, Mahabub Hossain, Puskar Khisa, Milon Hossain, Mainul Islam and Deen Islam.
The officials are: Tarek Ahmed Adel (Team Leader), Md Nazrul Islam Mridha (Manager) and Mohammad Moududur Rahman (Coach).
