Bangladesh National Football team leaves for Thailand

The Bangladesh national football team left for Thailand on Monday for the final preparation phase before facing against Laos in a FIFA friendly match scheduled to be held on March 27 at Lao National Stadium, Vientiane.
It will be the first international match for the boys in red and green since their shocking 1-3 goal defeat against Bhutan in the Asian Cup playoffs in October, 2016.
The booters have been in preparation since early February and have already passed two phases –BKSP and Qatar — ahead of the final phase in Thailand where they will play two warm-up matches against Ratchaburi Mitr Phol FC and Bangkok Glass FC on March 21 and 23 respectively before heading to Laos for the FIFA friendly match.
Head coach of the team Andrew Ord picked his 23-member squad after Sunday’s training session.
