Bangladesh is now a part of the worldwide iPhone X mania as Compustar PVT Limited (CPL) on Wednesday officially launched the Apple latest flagship iPhone X which will be available in the local market from today, says a press release.
The CPL, only authorised distributor of iPhone in Bangladesh, launched the new iPhone X at a buzzing ceremony at a city hotel, a press release said. “IPhone X has already created huge hype around the world. Keeping parity with the world market of high-end mobile phone set, we are ready to launch the new sensation in the market as the only proud authorised iPhone distributor of Bangladesh,” CPL Chairman Raquibul Kabir said at the launching ceremony.
Kabir urged the mobile phone users to buy the iPhone X from authorised resellers since many unauthorised handset traders sell counterfeit or refurbished iPhone.
“We don’t want to see people buying counterfeit or refurbished iPhone with the price of new one,” he said, adding “As you will spend a good amount of money for the high-end phone, make sure that you are buying the new phone not the refurbished one.”
Bangladesh government is also loosing huge amount of duty from this sell of unauthorised mobile handsets, he added.
