Bangladesh eve beat Afghanistan in South Asian handball

Bangladesh women handball team made the country proud as they outplayed Afghanistan women team by 35-09 goals in the South Asian Women’s Championship now being held on Tuesday in Lucknow, India.
Bangladesh eve held a comfortable 17-04 goals lead at the breather.
Shumi top scored for Bangladesh with nine goals. She was followed by Rubina with eight, Dalia with four and Shilpi with three goals.
Lida with four goals and Najmari with two goals were the goal getters for the vanquished.
However in the Bangladesh’s second fixture of the day, Nepal beat Bangladesh by 17-26 goals. Bangladesh were trailing 06-12 at the lemon break.
