Bangladesh Under-23 Football made a humiliating start in the AFC U23 Championship Qualifiers conceding 0-7 goals defeat against stronger Jordan U23 side in their Group E match at Dura Stadium, Hebron, Palestine on Wednesday.
Jordan led the first half of the game by 2-0 goals scoring in the 17th and 37th minutes. They scored the other five goals in the 50th, 56th, 58th, 63rd and 67th minutes of the 2nd half.
In their remaining group matches of the qualifiers event, Bangladesh will play Tajikistan and hosts Palestine on July 21 and 23.
