Bangladesh Army emerged as the champions of the Walton Independence Day Volleyball Competition beating Titas Club by 3-1 sets in the final at the Dhaka Volleyball Stadium on Sunday.
Meanwhile, Bangladesh Power Development Board finished third defeating Bangladesh Navy by 3-0 sets in a place-deciding match at the same venue.
After the final match, Senior Additional Director of Walton Group FM Iqbal Bin Anwar Dawn distributed the prizes among the winners as the chief guest while Senior Assistant Director of Walton Group Rajibul Anam was with him as the special guest.
Vice-President of Bangladesh Volleyball Federation (BVF) Mostafa Kamal, Joint-Secretary of BVF and Secretary of the Tournament Committee Advocate Fazle Rabbi Babul were present at the time.
