Bangladesh ‘A’ team face India ‘A’ today

Bangladesh ‘A’ begin their India tour campaign taking on India ‘A’ side in their first one-day match at M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru today (Wednesday).
The battle will begin at 9:30am, Bangladesh time.
Bangladesh’s dependable Test cricketer Mominul Haque will lead a strong ‘A’ team while Unmukt Chand will lead the India ‘A’ side in the three one-day matches.
In their two other one-day matches visiting Bangladesh will face hosts India at the same venue on September 18 and 20.
Bangladesh will play their first three-day match against Karnataka ‘A’ team at Srikantadatta Narasimha Raja Wadeyar Ground, Mysore beginning on September 22.
Bangladesh ‘A’ team will complete their tour campaign playing the remaining three-day match against India ‘A’ team at M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore from September 27 to 29.
India opener Shikhar Dhawan will lead the Indian ‘A’ side in the three-day match.
Earlier, Bangladesh reached Bengaluru on Monday.
Before leaving for India, Bangladesh ‘A’ team captain Mominul expressed his positive hope to win the series at a press conference at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium on Sunday, saying, “We want to win all the matches, also aim to develop our performance through the tour, overall want to enjoy the matches.”
Bangladesh A team: Anamul Hoque Bijoy, Rony Talukdar, Liton Kumar Das, Sabbir Rahman, Soumya Sarker, Mominul Hoque (Captain), Nasir Hossain (Vice-Captain), Saqlain Sajib, Arafat Sunny, Rubel Hossain, Shafiul Islam, Al-Amin Hossain, Taskin Ahmed, Shuvagata Hom Chowdhury and Jubair Hossain.
India ‘A’ team for one-day match: Unmukt Chand (captain), Mayank Agarwal, Manish Pandey, Suresh Raina, Kedar Jadhav, Sanju Samson, Karun Nair, Kuldeep Yadav, Jayant Yadav, Karn Sharma, Rishi Dhawan, S Aravind, Dhawal Kulkarni, Rush Kalaria and Gurkeerat Singh Mann.
