A tribal woman Samita Chakma on Monday was sent to the Chattogram CMH from Bagakhali of Waggachara hilly area in Rangamati by a helicopter of the Bangladesh Air Force (BAF).
She was in a critical condition due to severe obstetric complications, an ISPR press release said.
Upazila chairman and others were travelled by the helicopter as her companions.
Search and Rescue Helicopter of BAF is always ready for facing any emergency in hilly areas, according to the press release.
