On the occasion of Valentine’s Day Agniveena, a sister concern of the country’s leading audio and video production house G-Series, has released debut solo musical album of Badhan titled Joshna Jhorey at a function held at a city restaurant on Wednesday night.
There are 11 songs in the album. Titles of the songs are: Joshna jhorey, Janona to tumi (duet), Aamai bhenge tomai gori, Uru megh, O Sajna re, Tomar bhitor aamar nibash, Matal prem, Aj brishti hobey, Janona tumi and Ekta dupur.
Faisal Rabbekin, Rabiul Islam Jibon, Kabir Bakul, A Mizan, Khokon and HM Ismail have written lyrics of the songs of the album.
However the song titled Tomar bhitor aamar nibash was written by singer Badhon herself. Ibrar Tipu and Anam gave their vocals with Badhon as co-singer. Ibrar Tipu has composed tunes and music of the album.
While talking about her solo album singer Badhon told this correspondent, “I had fascination with music from my childhood. I got primary training on how to sing a song from my mother. I received basic of music when I was only five years old. To implement my mother’s dream, I have released the album Joshna Jhorey. I hope listeners will enjoy the songs of my album.”
