In the beginning of her acting career, popular TV actress Shanarei Devi Shanu acted with noted actor Azizul Hakim in many plays. Three years ago, they worked together in a play. After a break, Shanu again worked with Azizul Hakim in a play titled Boi Bibhrat, which has been made to telecast on BTV. It will be telecasted on BTV at 9:00pm on February 1.
R Ahmed wrote story of the play while Md Mahfuzar Rahman has produced it. Story of the play revolves with giving fine of huge amount of money after losing a book of a library.
Cast of the play includes Azizul Hakim, Shanarei Devi Shanu, Mahmud Sajjad, Wahida Mollick Jolly, Sayeed Babu, among others.
While talking about acting in the play Azizul Hakim said, “As story of the play revolves with a book and it is based on an exceptional story, so I enjoyed a lot to work. Now there is lack of exceptional story for making play. From that point of view, Boi Bibhrat is really an exceptional story based play. I also enjoyed working with Shanu after long time. Shanu acts well. I believe viewers will enjoy the play.”
Shanu shared her feelings by this way, “Hakim Bhai is a noted actor. In fact, during childhood I was brought up to watch his acting on the screen. After getting matured I could get the opportunity to act against him, which I couldn’t believe earlier. Hakim Bhai is not only a noted actor but also a good human being. As I am involved with writing, so I really enjoyed acting in this play.”
Meanwhile, Azizul Hakim is acting under Animesh Aich-directed Duranto TV’s ongoing serial Boka Bhoot. On the other hand, coming Ekushey Book Fair, Shanu’s two books will be published, she added.
