ATL approved 10pc cash dividend: aamra Technologies Limited (ATL) successfully completed its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday through virtually. Chairman of the company Syed Faruque Ahmed, presided over the meeting while the AGM approved 10 percent cash dividend for the financial year ended 2019-20, said a press release. Managing Director & CEO Syed Farhad Ahmed, Directors Syeda Munia Ahmed and Fahmida Ahmed, Independent Director Md. Shahidul Islam, Group Chief Financial Officer Md. Anamul Haque, Chief Financial Officer Md. Zillur Rahman, Company Secretary Syed Moniruzzaman and a considerable number of shareholders participated in the event. The meeting’s agendas were granted by exercising the shareholder’s voting rights.
