Ashik’s film to be released after one year

Ashik Chowdhury is a film, TV, theatre and mime actor. Though he has been passing busy times with acting in TV screen and films but he gets any call from his Munshiganj’s theatre troupe, Theatre Circle Ashik tries to give time. In fact, that theatre troupe made him today’s Ashik. His acted first movie was Julhas Chowdhury’s Duti Moner Paglami. Later, his acted more five movies were released. Coming Friday Ashik-starred his seventh movie Indubala, directed by Joy Sarkar, is going to release in 11 cinema halls. He played the role of ‘Babla’ against Indubala in the film.
While talking about acting in the film Ashik said, “When I heard the story of film Indubala from director Joy Bhai I agreed to work because story is revolved with Indubala and Babla. I have tried my level best to portray my role. I have huge expectation about this film. I strongly believe viewers will enjoy the film.”
Abul Kalam Azad’s Hridoy Dolano Prem, Azizur Rahman’s Swargo Theke Norok, Afzal’s Sujoner Asha and Mukul Netrobadi’s 50-50 Prem are Ashik-starred movies. The last movie was released in last year’s October. Yesterday morning Ashik went to Cox’s Bazar to take part in shooting of Mohon Khan’s ongoing serial Neer Khonjey Gungchil. Therefore, he is also acting in SA TV’s serial Tumi Achho Tai and Deepto TV’s Swapno Dekhe Mon.
