Department of Public Health, ASA University Bangladesh (ASAUB) arranged a ‘Freshers’ Reception Ceremony’ for its newly admitted students of Master of Public Health (MPH) Degree Programme of Summer Semester-2016 on Friday at the University premises.
Prof Dr Dalem Ch Barman, Vice Chancellor of ASAUB was present as the Chief Guest while Prof Dr Kohinur Begum, Dean, Faculty of Science & Engineering chaired the ceremony. Prof Dr Helal-uz-Zaman, Treasurer, ASAUB also spoke on the occasion. Prof Dr Mohammad Abdul Bari, Chairman, Dept. of Public Health delivered the welcome speech in the program.
In their speech, the speakers highly appreciated the students for selecting ASAUB as their venue of higher education.
They apprised the facilities available at the ASAUB and highlighted job opportunities for the MPH degree holders.
Newly admitted students highly appreciated the venture of the MPH Degree Program of ASAUB as they are receiving quality education here.
Dr. Jesmin Akhter, Assistant Professor, Dept of Public Health conducted the program.
