Kamrabad Jubo Sanga of Aturar Depo, in port city Chattogram formed a human chain in front of Chattogram Press Club Square on Monday with its President Md. Jasimuddin in the chair conducted by Joint Secretary Maniruddin demanding unconditional release of Md.Forkan Hasan who was arrested with fake arrest of warrant by Baizid Thana police of CMP on August 01, last.
Executive member of city Chhatra League Anisur Rahman Munna was the main speaker in it while city Jubo league leader GS Kafiluddin graced the occasion as chief guest.
Among others, President of Karimgonj Jubo Sanga Md. Parvez, vice president Alauddin, Unic coaching centre Director Mominul Hoque and Md Nasir , Asstt.Secretary of KJS Md. Rubel, Finance Secretary Iftekharul, Md. Rashed, Mai nuddin Hasan, Ishtiaq, Moulana Idrish, Selim , Rashel, Jahangir, Abul Hashem, Shahjahan, S hahjahan, Rana, Shah Aziz, Shahdat, Babul, Siraj, Yaseen Arafat, Hafeez Miraj were present in the human chain.
The speakers in the human chain said KJS Asstt. Secretary Forkan Hasan is a law abiding citizen of the country and involved in a number of social activities of the areas. Being a gentle social worker, Forkan Hasan was arrested with false and fake warrant of CoxsBazar District Session Judge in a fake Women &Children Repression Act case . The socalled warrant mentioned the fake case of non-existing Coxsbazar Kotwali thana .
There is no record of such case existing in Cox’s Bazar district session judge court , an evidence from Coxsbazar court in connection of fake case is also shown in the humanchain. Baizid thana police of CMP arrested him with socalled warrant and now Forkan in Chattogram jail custody . In connection, a press conference was also held at Chattogram press club recently and reports of this so-called fake warrant and arrest of Forkan without any evidence was published in different local and national dailies on August 15 last.
The speakers demanded exemplary punishment of the persons so involved with the arrest of innocent Forkan and creating the fake warrant against him .The speakers urged the law enforcing authorities, media personalities to intervene the matter of fake warrant again Forkan and unconditional release from jail custody immediately.
