Bangladesh Army moved to the final of the Diamond Melamine Federation Cup Rugby Competition when they blanked Bangladesh Amateur Rugby Club by 43-0 goals at the Paltan Maidan on Saturday.
Earlier, Kanchan Rugby Warriors confirmed their final berth. in the day’s other match, Flame Boys Rugby Club defeated Madaripur District Sports Association by 17-10 points at the same venue.
Today Bangladesh Army will meet Kanchan Rugby Warriors in the final at 4.30 pm at the same venue.
After the final match Deputy Minister for Youth and Sports Arif Khan Joy, MP will distribute the prizes among the winners as the chief guest while Director (Sports) of National Sports Council Narayan Chandra Devnath will be with him as the special guest.
