The International Crimes Tribunal (ICT)-1 on Monday deferred the arguments in the case of crimes against humanity against Netrokona Razakar duo Obaidul Haque Taher and Ataur Rahman Noni till today.
Yesterday was fixed for placing the arguments by the prosecution in the case. But the prosecution, filed a time petition.
Accepting the plea, Justice Anwarul Haque, chairman of three-member panel of the ICT-1, deferred the date.
A total of 23 witnesses submitted their depositions against the duo, but none vouched for the accused before the court.
The ICT-1 on March 2, 2015, indicted the duo, framing six specific charges against them.
