Chairman of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Ministry of Railway ABM Fazle Karim Chowdhury MP said an Arabic university under the name of Islami Arabic University will be established in South Raozan under the upazila very shortly aimed at developing the South Raozan areas adjoining to Boalkhali, Hathazari and Rangunia upazilas. Besides, one fire station, south Raozan Thana, child orphan house, new rail line, IT village, IT Park will be established in South Zone of the upazila very shortly.
He disclosed it while inaugurating the digital road light project under No.3 Urkirchar Union of the upazila recently as Chief Guest.
