Apex Tannery approved 12pc cash dividend: Apex Tannery Limited approved 12 percent cash dividend for its shareholders. The declaration came out from the 44thAnnual General Meeting (AGM) of the company held at its head office in the city on Wednesday through digital platform. Chairman of the company Syed Manzur Elahi presided over the meeting, said a press release. Managing Director AKM Rahmatullah, Directors Syed Nasim Manzur, Md. Hedayet Ullah and Md. Abul Hossain, Independent Directors Dr. ATM Shamsul Huda, Executive Directors M A Majed, Ansarul Islam, Chief Financial Officer Md.
