Mymensingh : On Saturday 19/03/2022, members of the Operation and Intelligence Team of Armed Police Battalion 2, Muktagachha, Mymensingh conducted a drug rescue operation in Katlasen Charpara area under Kotwali Model Police Station of Mymensingh District on the basis of secret information. During the operation, two persons named Md. Azharul (45) and Md. Harunar Rashid (30) were detained with 200 (two hundred) grams of cannabis. During the preliminary interrogation, the detainee said that he was the son of late Md. Abu Taher of Katlasen Charpara under Kotwali Model Police Station and the son of another deceased Hasan Ali. A case under Narcotics Control Act is being processed against the two detainees at Mymensingh Kotwali Model Police Station.
