The singer and music director wrote on Twitter around 1:00am on Tuesday, “Anupam and Piya, meaning we have decided to separate and as friends, we will go our separate ways independently.” Anupam Roy tied the nuptial knot with Pia Chakraborty, a PhD holder in anthropology, in 2015. It is heard that the identity of the two is due to
studying in the same college. At first, they had friendship and then love
affair, which ended in 2015.
