Bangladesh Ansar & VDP and Mymensingh District team made flying start in the final round of the KFC National Women’s Football Championship crushing their rivals at BFF Artificial Turf in city’s Motijheel on Monday
In the day’s first match, Ansar & VDP crushed Rangpur district team by 12-1 goals in the morning with Munmun and Ungrmra Ching making hattricks.
Munmun made the first hattrick scoring five goals in the 14th, 32nd, 70th. 79th and 83rd minutes while Ungrmra Ching made the 2nd hattrict with four goals in the 21st, 40th”, 73rd and 89th minutes.
Khaleda, Janu and Sui Nu Pru added three more goals in the 61st, 63rd and 68th minutes respectively for Ansar & VDP. Zannat netted the consolation goal for Rangpur in the very 3rd minute of the match.
In the day’s another match, Mymensingh district team recorded a massive 15-0 goals victory over Narayanganj district team at the same venue in the morning.
Yasmin, Marzia and Maria made hattricks scoring three goals each. Sabina and Tahura both struck twice while Ruma and Sajeda netted one goal apiece.
In the day’s last match, Kushtia district team played 1-1 draw with Bagerhat district team at the same venue in the afternoon.
Tahmina put Bagerhat ahead in the 11th minute while Ambia restored the parity for Kushtia in the 37th minute.
