Another Bangladeshi Hajj pilgrim passed away in Saudi Arabia on Monday, raising the death toll to 22 since September 1, according to the Bangladesh Ministry of Religious Affairs.
The deceased is Md Abdul Hoq, 66, hailing from Begumganj in Noakhali district.
Sources at Bangladesh Hajj Management Portal said Abdul Hoq died of cardio respiratory failure around local time 7:45pm on Monday. His passport bore the number– 0702558.
