Milestone College observed the great Amar Ekushey February and International Mother Language Day with due respects and solemnity on the college campus. Due to the global epidemic covid, this year’s the day is observed in accordance with hygiene rules. To mark the day, Milestone College Organizes various programs. The programmes were-hoisting the national flag at half mast, Black flag hoisting, wearing black badges, placing floral wreath at the college Shaheed Minar, virtual discussion and cultural ceremony. On this occasion, Principal of Milestone College Lt. Colonel Mustafa Kamaluddin Bhuiyan (retd.), Academic Principal Professor Md. Shahidul Islam, Principal of Milestone Preparatory KG School Mrs. Rifat Nabi Alam and Director of Administration Md. Masud Alam paid homage by laying a wreath at the altar of Shaheed Minar on the Diabari permanent campus of Milestone College in the early hours of the day. A special virtual discussion meeting was organized on this occasion.
