The list of luxurious buys worldwide is getting bigger and crazier by the day. A recent one added to the list is Dubai’s latest wine bottle which includes 24-carat gold but no alcohol. Here are some of the others that made the world go ‘gosh’

A bottle of wine for $150 of ‘halaal’ non-alcoholic sparkling white wine has flecks of 24-carat gold gleaming at the bottom. Known to be an absolute frivolous buy, the tourism of Dubai is basking in its new opulence at the moment.

Pooch power
A jeweller in Los Angeles in the US made a dog collar for a whopping $3.2 million. Wonder why? This dog collar named ‘Amour Amour’ is encrusted with 52-carat diamond and features three tiers of diamond in a chandelier design and features 1,600 diamonds.
Diamond-framed TV
A high-definition TV (Prestige HD Supreme Rose Edition) set designed by Stuart Hughes, a businessman from Liverpool, UK, this 55-inch TV set has shell made of 18-carat rose gold and the outer frame features 72 diamonds. This TV set is said to cost $2.25 million!
Are you an ardent coffee lover? Well, one of the most expensive coffee machines in the US priced at $20,000 was imported from Japan. This coffee machine is housed at the Blue Bottle Cafe in San Francisco. Each pot consists of two globes. Water vapour evaporates from the bottom globe into the higher globe to meet the grounds. The coffee is then stirred with a bamboo paddle and removed from the heat and siphoned back to the lower globe after the grounds are filtered. Sounds delicious, doesn’t it?
