Al-Arafah Islami Bank Limited has become one of the short listed banks to get long term Financing Fund from Bangladesh Bank under Financial Sector Support project.
In this connection, an agreement was signed between Bangladesh Bank and the Bank recently at BB head office.
BB Governor Dr Atiur Rahman was present as chief guest while Managing Director of AIBL Md Habibur Rahman and Executive Director of Bangladesh Bank Md Ahsan Ullah signed the agreement on behalf their respective organizations.
Among others Deputy Governors SK Sur Chowdhury, Nazneen Sultana, Deputy Managing Directors of the Bank Kazi Towhidul Alam, Mohammad Abdul Jalil and other high-officials of both organizations were present in the occasion.
