Court Correspondent :A Dhaka court on Thursday sent Juba Dal President Advocate Syed Moazzem Hossain Alal to jail after five days’ remand in two cases filed with two police stations of the capital. Dhaka’s Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Ali Masud Sheikh passed the order, rejecting the bail pleas of Jubo Dal leader around 3:30 pm.Advocate Sanaullah Miah moved the petition on behalf of Alal. On December 28, a Dhaka court placed Alal on a three-day remand in a case filed with Chawkbazar Police Station in the capital.
