Awami League leader Didarul Alam Masum has been ordered to send to jail in the Chattogram City Chhatra League leader Sudipta Biswas murder case. On Tuesday, A court of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Md Osman Gani ordered the verdict.
Didarul Alam Masum is General Secretary of Lal Khanbazar Ward Awami League. He is accused of being the ‘director’ of the CL leader Sudipta’s murder.
Senior Assistant Commissioner of the Chattogram Metropolitan Police (Prosecution) Kazi Shahabuddin Ahmed told that the accused, Didarul Alam Masum, had received six months bail from the High Court in the Sudipta murder case.He said the Appeal Division later revoked his bail.
Dadarul Alam Masum ordered to surrender at the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate’s Court within four weeks.”On Tuesday, the court ordered the deportation of Didarul Alam Masum to jail.”The Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI) arrested Didarul Alam Masum in the Sudipta murder case from Banani in Dhaka on August 4.
