Awami League (AL) on Sunday asked its activists to remove all banners, posters and billboards hanged on the occasion of the party’s 20th council before December 14.

made the directives at a press conference held at AL president’s Dhanmondi political office.
“Banners, posters and billboards were hanged on the occasion of the party’s 20th council. Most of those have been removed…the rest will have to be removed before December 14,” he said.
He also announced the party’s four-day programme on the occasion of Martyrs Intellectuals Day and Victory Day as a joint meeting earlier in the day finalised those programmes.
