Akshay Kumar, who has films like Padman and 2.0 lined up for 2018, has created a stir after rumors of him stepping out of the film titled Mogul came to the forefront. Mogul is a biopic on the creator of T-series, Gulshan Kumar. According to the rumors, Akshay Kumar and director Subhash Kapoor are having creative differences. It is being said that Akshay Kumar wants a few changes in the script that the director is not okay with.The source told a leading daily that, “Akshay has some concerns over the script that director Subhash Kapoor has greenlit. He requested that a few things be rewritten. But, Subhash was adamant. Hence, Akshay thought it was best if he opted out.”
However, people close to T-series have falsified the news saying, “It is not true because the script is still being written, so meanwhile Akshay Kumar is taking up other projects.” Director Subhash Kapoor and Akshay Kumar have previously worked together for Jolly LLB 2. The film featured Akshay as a struggling lawyer from Lucknow and made a whopping 100 crores at the box office in 2017.
