Abul Khayer Steel (AKS) earned the title sponsorship right of the 4th edition Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) T20 scheduled to begin today (Friday) at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium (SBNCS) at Mirpur.
The sponsorship was formally announced by Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) through a press conference held on Thursday at conference room of SBNCS. The league will be called AKS BPL T20 powered by SHAH CEMENT.
BCB director and secretary of BPL governing council Dr Ismail Haider Mallick, director brand marketing of Abul Khayer Group Naushad Karim Chowdhury and BCB chief executive officer Nizam Uddin Chowdhury were present on the occasion.
