AKM Fazlur Rahmna, Project Director of SMEDP-2 and Executive Director of Bangladesh Bank (BB) and Abul Kashem Md. Shirin, Managing Director of Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited (DBBL), exchanging an agreement signing document at BB head office in the city on Tuesday. Under the deal, DBBL will get refinance from BB which enables them to extend loan to the cottage, micro, small and medium enterprise situated outside Dhaka and Chattogram metropolitan area with lower interest rate.
