The Department Of Public Health of American International University Bangladesh (AIUB) has successfully arranged a career seminar along with a research workshop recently which provided a guideline how to pursue a career in Public Health.
The department also arranged a basic research methodology workshop and essay competition. More than 250 participants attended this program with great enthusiasm. Platform, an organization of doctors, provided technical support, says a press release.
The daylong program was inaugurated by Prof Dr Charles Villanueva, Pro-Vice Chancellor, AIUB. He welcomed every participant and described the importance of public health.
Dr M Sadikur Rahman, Director, Central Police Hospital was a special guest in the program.
